A Laptop Buying Guide for Darren

A laptop buying guide should tell you what computer is best for you. A user like Darren presents a problem. He almost falls into the cracks. What laptop computer Darren should buy depends on his budget.

Darren is like the college students I've been told about that are satisfied with their bare bones laptops. These students can get by with the machines I call low entry level, the best laptop prices, but they are not really pleased with that level notebook computer.

All the college students I've talked to think a mini laptop or net book is way cool, but they really aren't that good for doing school work. Darren would need the larger hard drive of an upgraded model.

An entry level laptop, the best laptop for many people who need a laptop is never really a bad choice for a college student, if you can spend the extra $500+.
